Pricing
What things cost
Published, because you should be able to tell whether this is worth a conversation before you have one. Work is priced per outcome, not per hour.
Start here
Two to three weeks. We read your systems, talk to the people who work them, and write you a document: what you have, what it costs you in hand-work every week, what replaces it, and a phased plan with a fixed quote against each phase.
The document is yours whether or not you hire us. If you start a build within 60 days, the full $7,500 comes off the first invoice. Nothing above $25,000 gets quoted without this — a number quoted before somebody has read your data is a guess, and guesses get revised upward.
The work
| What | Build | Monthly after |
|---|---|---|
| Small automated flow One process, in the cloud, running untouched | $2,000 – $5,000 | from $750 |
| Local script For work that cannot leave your network. Three for $6,000 | $1,200 – $3,500 | from $750 |
| Integration Two or more systems made to talk, hand-keying deleted | $10,000 – $30,000 | $1,500 – $3,500 |
| New system on your hardware Your servers, your GPUs, owned outright | Quoted after discovery | $3,000 – $8,000 |
| Website or customer system Upper end covers e-commerce or a customer portal | $4,000 – $20,000 | $150 – $500 |
| Air-gapped document station Controlled material, no route to the internet, local model | $50,000 – $80,000 | $3,000 |
Support after it is built
Nothing is abandoned at handover. Month to month after the first three months. Hours do not roll over.
Monitoring, alerts and break-fix. Up to 2 hours a month.
Everything in Watch, plus changes and tuning up to 8 hours, plus one new small flow each quarter.
Everything in Run, plus up to 20 hours, priority response, and a quarterly review with your leadership.
Terms, so there are no surprises
- Builds under $15,000: half to start, half on acceptance. Over $15,000: 30% to start, 40% at the agreed midpoint, 30% on acceptance.
- Monthly engagements are invoiced in advance, net 15, with thirty days' notice either way once the minimum term is served.
- Work outside an agreed statement of work is billed at $250 an hour and approved in writing before it starts.
- Hardware, GPUs, cloud and third-party licenses are pass-through. Buy them directly and we will spec them, or we buy them at cost plus 10% handling. We do not mark up hardware.
- Controlled, defense or CMMC-adjacent work carries a 30% premium. Rush starts under two weeks' notice carry 25%.
- Every engagement needs one named person on your side who can make decisions. Not a committee. That single condition is the difference between a project that lands and one that drags for a year, and we do not start without it.
